EP Fabric Conveyor Belt Description
EP fabric conveyor belt is one of the most common rubber belt constructions for heavy-duty material handling. The warp direction is polyester for strength and low elongation, while the weft direction is nylon for flexibility and impact resistance. This combination gives the belt stable running performance across a wide range of conveyor layouts.
EP belts are often selected for coal, ore, limestone, clinker, aggregate, fertilizer and other bulk materials where operators need a practical balance of strength, flexibility and cost. The cover compound should be selected according to abrasion, temperature, oil contact, weather exposure and safety requirements.
For accurate inquiry response, provide belt width, EP rating, ply number, top and bottom cover thickness, total belt length, conveyor center distance and conveyed material. If the existing belt marking is available, it is the fastest way to confirm a replacement specification.
