H-Type Polyurethane Belt Cleaner Description

SHENGYUAN H-Type Polyurethane Belt Cleaner is installed at the conveyor head pulley to remove bulk material from the belt immediately after discharge. It helps prevent carryback from entering the return side, reducing material buildup on rollers, pulleys, bearings, and conveyor frames. The polyurethane blade is flexible, wear-resistant, and suitable for applications where belt protection is important. This cleaner is widely used in mining, quarrying, cement, coal, aggregate, port, and power plant conveyor systems. It can also work together with a P-Type cleaner for improved cleaning performance.
